Wolf Bookings is run by Wolf Digital. Wolf Digital sets up each business that uses it. In this policy, "the business" means the business a customer is booking with, and "we" means Wolf Digital.
When a customer makes a booking, we collect their name, email address and phone number, the day and time they chose, and anything the business asks them to answer. If the business offers pickup or delivery, we also collect the address the customer types.
For a business owner, we collect their email address, so they can sign in and receive booking emails, and the details of their billing. If the owner connects Google Calendar, we also keep the email address of the Google account they connected.
When someone makes a booking, their IP address goes to Cloudflare for the check that tells people from bots. We also use it, scrambled so it cannot be read back (hashed), to limit how many bookings and requests one address can make. We do not store the address itself.
We use it to take the booking, to send the confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails, to show the business its bookings, and to work out a distance fee when the business charges one. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
A business owner can connect their Google Calendar. We ask for permission to create and delete the events we add for bookings, and for the email address of the Google account, to show which account is connected. We use them for that and nothing else: we do not read the owner's other events and we do not use calendar data for anything else.
A booking's event holds the customer's name, how many they booked, the time, and the address (the pickup address, or the business's own address when there isn't one). Its description lists the services, the option the customer chose, the price as the customer saw it, the customer's phone number and a link to the booking in Wolf Bookings. It never holds the customer's email address or their answers to the business's questions. The owner can disconnect Google at any time, which stops the events and removes our access.
The use and transfer by Wolf Bookings to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We pass information to the companies that help us run the service, and only as far as they need it:
The business a customer books with sees that customer's booking details. We may also share information when the law requires it.
Customers' names, contact details and addresses are kept for 24 months after the booking, unless the business has set a different period. After that they are removed from the booking, which keeps only the service, the time and the price.
If a business stops its subscription, its bookings are kept for 90 days in case it returns, then deleted. Backups are kept for 14 days, so deleted information can remain in a backup for that long.
Traffic to this site is encrypted. Links in emails can only be used by someone who holds the link. The tokens we keep for Google are stored encrypted, and we do not keep customers' payment details.
A customer can cancel a booking from the link in their email. To see, correct or delete the information held about you, contact the business you booked with, or contact us at the address below and we will help.
This site uses no cookies on the pages customers see. The page where a business owner signs in uses a session cookie, to keep them signed in, and a security cookie, to stop other sites acting for them.
If we change this policy, the new version is published on this page. If the change affects how we use Google data, we will tell business owners by email first.
