These terms are the agreement between Wolf Digital and a business that uses Wolf Bookings. A customer who books with a business is not a party to it.
Wolf Bookings takes bookings online for the business, counts them against the limits the business has set, and emails the customer and the business. Wolf Digital sets up each account. There is no public sign up.
An owner signs in with a link sent to their email address. Whoever can read that mailbox can sign in, so keep it safe and tell us if the address changes.
The service is billed monthly through Wolf Digital's billing provider, at the price shown when the account is set up, plus GST. A failed payment is retried. If it keeps failing, online booking is paused.
When a subscription stops, the booking page stops taking new bookings. Existing bookings stay, and customers can still cancel from their emailed link. The business's information is kept for 90 days, so it can return, then deleted.
The business is responsible for how it treats the people who book with it, including honouring the bookings it accepts. Wolf Digital handles customers' information as set out in the privacy policy.
An owner can connect Google Calendar so each booking appears as an event. The connection only adds and removes those events. Deleting an event in Google does not cancel the booking or free its place: cancel the booking in Wolf Bookings.
Do not use the service to break the law, to send people unwanted messages, or to try to get around its limits or security.
We aim to keep the service running, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. If something stops working, email us and we will fix it as soon as we can.
To the extent the law allows, Wolf Digital is not liable for lost bookings or lost income caused by an interruption of the service. Nothing here limits any right you have under Australian Consumer Law.
If we change these terms, we will email business owners before the change takes effect.
